Using the directory

You can browse without creating an account. Searches send the ZIP code and selected filters to our server. Like other websites, the server receives request information such as IP address, browser information, URL and request time. These may appear in operational and security logs.

Personal information

The directory currently does not accept insurance-card uploads, identity documents, recovery histories or messages to facilities. Those submission features are unavailable. Do not put medical information into directory searches or listing questions.

Clinic inquiries

If you submit a clinic inquiry, Soberpedia stores your name, email address, the clinic you selected, your consent, and the submission time in private server storage so our team can follow up. Submitting does not send your information to the clinic, book an appointment, or subscribe you to marketing. Do not include medical details. To request access or deletion, email the privacy contact below.

Other services

Pages may load fonts and illustrative images from Google Fonts and Unsplash. Following a facility website, map, phone or resource link takes you to a separate service. Peptide intake links open a portal powered by Superstar Wellness LLC, where separate information collection and consent apply; review the notices there before submitting information.
